For our program in 2010 we have selected a very special cultural sightseeing tour.

After a couple of hours hiking, it is time to visit his home brew beer cellar, where you will learn everything about the beer brewing process.

The beer made by Elling is a recipe that has been used and passed down in his family since the time of the Vikings.

The best part of the day will be when we will get to taste his time- honored original beers with some traditional Norwegian delicacies and some strong Norwegian folk stories.
